Who we are

We are a warm, family-run care home set in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, offering a peaceful and homely environment for residents. Nestled in the picturesque village of Halton Holegate and less than 2 miles from Spilsby, The Old Hall combines a friendly atmosphere with consistent, attentive support. Our Home Manager, Diane Vale, leads the team with a hands-on, supportive approach that helps residents feel welcome, settled, and truly cared for.

Our Approach

We believe in person-centred care. Each resident receives an individual care plan delivered by our trained staff, who are on duty 24/7, 365 days a year. To ensure peace of mind, a nurse-call system is installed in every bedroom, bathroom, and lounge. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion. We offer 25 en-suite bedrooms, including 5 newly built rooms and 3 spacious double rooms, many with views across our beautiful gardens. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with favourite furnishings — it’s their home, and we respect their privacy and dignity
